Return Policy for Smoothe Brands Inc.
We offer a 10-day return policy. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@smoothebrands.com. Provide your Order #, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and reason for the return. We may request photos or a video of the damaged or defective items before proceeding. Additionally, troubleshooting steps may be provided to expedite the process and help avoid return processing fees.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to ship the item(s) back. Refunds, store credit, or replacements will be processed once the return has been received and reviewed.
For items showing cosmetic damage, issues with consumables, or if they were delivered dead on arrival (DOA), missing, or incorrect, you must report these within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Consumable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used consumable items. These include but are not limited to e-liquids, coils, pods, cartridges, disposables, and batteries. Reshipment is not available for consumable products.
Alternative Devices: Alternative devices must be fully cleaned before being returned. If you return an item that contains any media or residual particles and it is confiscated, we will not be held responsible. A 15% return processing fee will apply if items are returned with any smell or media particles.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs on non-defective items. Please note, all shipping charges are non-refundable.
Promotional Terms & Conditions: Promotional items are final sale. If a promotional item is found defective, we will issue a refund or store credit for the amount paid. Replacements are not available for promotional items.
Refused Orders: If an order is refused by either the customer or the shipping carrier, shipping costs will not be refunded. If the order qualified for free shipping, our shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit. Smoothe Brands Inc. is not responsible for refunds to prepaid cards or canceled credit cards if the cardholder no longer has possession of the card.
While we carefully verify all information on our website, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and are not responsible for typographical errors.
