Processing:
All orders have a processing time of 24-72 hours, regardless of the shipping method selected. Transit times are counted in business days (Monday to Friday), with the pick-up day considered Day 0. Please note: We do not process orders on weekends or major holidays. Any orders placed during these times will begin processing on the following business day. All orders are shipped with Adult Signature Confirmation.
Restricted Shipping:
We are currently unable to ship internationally or to military addresses (APO, FPO, or DPO).

Order Tracking:
While we strive to provide the most efficient and reliable service, Smoothe Brands Inc. does not guarantee transit and delivery times. Once your order is placed, a tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
Lost & Undelivered Packages:
Smoothe Brands Inc. is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Any issues related to undelivered packages must be addressed by the customer with the carrier. However, we are committed to assisting with the resolution of shipping issues. Any shipping errors must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update. Please be aware that erroneous or incomplete address submissions can cause delays, returns, or other issues, and Smoothe Brands Inc. will not be responsible for costs incurred due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Delivery to Shipping Forwarder:
Smoothe Brands Inc. takes great care to ensure all orders are shipped in excellent condition to provide the best customer experience. However, for customers who ship to a mail or freight forwarding service, our responsibility ends once the package is delivered in good condition to the forwarding service’s US address. These services often repackage our products, so we cannot be held accountable for damages, missing items, or other issues that occur after delivery to the forwarding service. Once an order is delivered to the shipping address provided, Smoothe Brands Inc. is no longer responsible for issues such as loss, damages, breakage, customs seizure, missing items, etc.
Order Discrepancies:
If your order arrives damaged, with missing items, or incorrect items, you must email us within 24 hours of delivery. Once your claim is submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist in resolving the issue.
Canceling and Altering Orders:
Orders may be edited within 15 minutes of being placed by emailing info@smoothebrands.com. After that time, if the order has already been packed and prepared for shipping, it is at the discretion of our Customer Service Team whether any changes can be made. Due to the high volume of orders we receive and our commitment to fast service, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once the order is placed.
Sales Tax:
We are required to charge sales tax for select states. The tax rate will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. In some cases, sales tax may also apply to shipping costs, as required by state and local regulations.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued for items returned to our warehouse. If your package incurs any return fees, these will be deducted from your refund for the returned items.
We carefully check all information on our website, but occasional errors may occur or manufacturers may update information we are unaware of. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and are not responsible for typographical errors.
